New Drilling Contract for "HAKURYU-10"

Japan Drilling Co., Ltd. (JDC) is pleased to announce that its subsidiary Japan Drilling (Netherlands) B.V. has entered into a drilling contract with North Oil Company for the provision of jack-up drilling rig "HAKURYU-10".

The main terms of the drilling contract are as follows:

1. Company：North Oil Company

2. Operating Area：Al Shaheen Oilfield, offshore Qatar

3. Period of Contract：Three (3) years firm plus two (2) x one (1) year options

4. Estimated Commencement Time：2Q 2022

5. Contract Type：Day Rate Contract

6. Contract Signing Date：June 15, 2022
