For ENEOS Group to respond to these developments promptly and flexibly, ENEOS Drilling Limited (hereinafter referred to as "EDL") was established in May 2024 as a wholly owned subsidiary of ENEOS Xplora Inc. EDL will have a central role in filling drilling requirements for the ENEOS Group, taking the place of JDC.
